What this covers
This notice explains what personal data we handle when you visit this website or contact us, and how we handle clinic data when we build automations for you.
What we collect from this website
This website has no sign-up, no contact form and no advertising or analytics cookies from us. The only way we receive personal data is when you email or message us. That is usually your name, your clinic's name, your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your admin.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site, and the page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when you visit.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to reply to you, to scope and quote work, and to arrange discovery calls. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing. If we become your service provider, we keep the records we need to deliver and support the work.
Patient data
We do not request, access or store patient personal data. We build and test every automation in a dummy environment. When we hand an automation over, it runs in your own accounts and your credentials stay with you. If we help you over remote desktop, we work with masked data only, and we ask you not to send us patient information by email, message or call. You decide what the live automation can see, and your clinic remains responsible for its own obligations under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months, then delete them. Records of completed work are kept for as long as we need them to support you and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
Only our own team, and the service providers we use to run the business, such as email and cloud storage. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your choices and contact
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for us to contact you, at any time. Email us at theadmindoctorsg@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. This address is also our contact for data protection queries.
